Although we are fully recruited for Château du Molay, our standby applications are reviewed regularly before and throughout the season. This is due to last-minute changes such as injuries, staff withdrawals, or adjustments to staffing levels.

This means there is always a possibility that we may contact you to join the Travelbound Château team in Normandy at short notice.

Château du Molay Roles

• General Assistant – Housekeeping / Bar & Restaurant Service

• Handy Person / General Assistant – Hotel maintenance and support duties

• Chefs (all levels) – Catering for school groups

• Kitchen Porter / Night Porter

• Assistant Château Managers

• Activity Assistant

About Château du Molay

Based at our truly idyllic 18th-century château in Normandy, France, this location is renowned for its rich history, beautiful towns, and sandy beaches. In your downtime, you will have the chance to explore everything Normandy has to offer. Or, if you fancy something different on your day off, you can jump on a train and be in central Paris within just a couple of hours.

A season at Château du Molay will allow you to build on your hospitality skills while creating memories that will last a lifetime. With an international customer base and a team of around 30 staff members from across Europe and beyond, there is a fantastic opportunity to develop both your French and English language skills.
